Toolkit: Property Export

Download a spreadsheet of every property on your site, with its public name, internal PMS name, permanent HomeRunner ID, and page link, in one click.

What it does #

“Can you send me a spreadsheet of all our property links?” is a request that used to mean real work: scrape the site’s public listings for names and URLs, then cross-reference HomeRunner Central to recover each property’s permanent ID. Property Export turns that into a two-click download.

Once it is on, a Tools → Export Properties screen appears in your WordPress admin. Pick the columns and scope you want, and the CSV downloads immediately. Every value is read straight from the property data already saved on your site, so an export runs in seconds even on a large portfolio.

Each row can carry:

  • The property’s public name (the title guests see on the site).
  • Your internal PMS nickname for the property.
  • HomeRunner’s permanent property ID, which never changes even if the property is renamed or its PMS listing ID changes.
  • The full public link to the property page.
  • Your PMS’s own listing ID, for matching rows back to your own system.
  • HomeRunner’s internal numeric property ID, which support may ask for.

How to turn it on #

1. Switch on Property Export #

In the HomeRunner Toolkit Hub, switch on Property Export, listed under Analytics.

2. Go to Tools → Export Properties #

Open Tools → Export Properties in your WordPress admin.

3. Choose your columns and scope, then download #

Tick the columns you want and choose whether to include every property or published properties only, then download the CSV. It opens cleanly in Excel or Google Sheets, accented characters and all.

Tips #

  • If a scope you pick has no matching properties, you will see a message instead of an empty file. On a brand-new site, that usually means the HomeRunner sync has not run yet rather than something being broken.
  • The export is a local read of data already on your site, not a live PMS or Central lookup, so it stays fast on portfolios of any size.
