Your WordPress admin sidebar organizes every HomeRunner plugin’s pages into a few clear groups instead of one long flat list, so the page you need is always in the same place.
What it does #
As you add HomeRunner plugins (Toolkit, Conversion Kit, AI Concierge, and more), each one adds its own entries to the shared HomeRunner menu in your WordPress admin sidebar. Left alone, that list grows long and flat, mixing pages you open every day with internal tools you rarely touch and none of it grouped by what it is for.
Toolkit curates that sidebar into a small number of intent groups, each with its own icon per row:
- Your daily surfaces (Dashboard, Reservations, Insights, Leads) sit at the top, unlabeled, so they are the first thing you see.
- Guest Tools groups the guest-facing features: Wishlist, Trip Builder, and AI Concierge.
- Tools holds internal and diagnostic pages, hidden by default so they do not compete for attention with what you use daily.
- System groups configuration: your Conversion Kit and Toolkit hubs, Property Sync, Settings, and License.
A few labels are renamed into operator language: what registers internally as “Form Entries” appears as Leads, and the property-sync page appears as Property Sync.
AI Search no longer appears in the menu. It has been superseded by AI Concierge, so it is hidden to avoid confusion, though its page still works if you have it bookmarked or linked from elsewhere.
If a future plugin update adds a page this curator does not recognize yet, it is never hidden. It appears in its own Other group instead, so you never lose access to a new page while waiting on a documentation or plugin update.
How to turn it on #
This is automatic. There is nothing to switch on, and it applies as soon as Toolkit is active.
1. Find your grouped menu #
Open the HomeRunner menu in your WordPress admin sidebar. Your daily pages are at the top, with Guest Tools, Tools, and System grouped below.
2. Show internal tools when you need them #
The Tools group (things like internal diagnostics and the Settings Migrator) is hidden by default to keep the sidebar focused. If you need one of those pages, click Show Advanced Tools at the bottom of the menu to reveal the group. Click Hide Advanced Tools in the same spot to tuck it away again.

Tips #
- The curated menu only changes what you see in the sidebar. Every page keeps working at its normal URL, including AI Search, so an existing bookmark or saved link never breaks.
- If a page you expect looks like it is missing, check the Tools group first, click Show Advanced Tools, since several internal pages live there by default.
