How pricing works #
AI Concierge is +30% of your HomeRunner Core monthly fee, the same percentage-of-Core model used across HomeRunner add-ons. One simple rule, no complex unit pricing, and no per-query surcharge. Pair it with Conversion Kit as the Direct Booking Platform bundle for +45% of Core (a discount versus buying each separately).

As of v1.54.0, AI Concierge is available at every catalog size. There is no minimum number of listings required to add the Concierge.
Available at any size #
We used to hold AI Concierge back below 26 listings, on the theory that guests could browse a small catalog by eye. As of v1.54.0 that floor is gone, and the assistant is genuinely useful at any size.
- Larger catalogs get the most from conversational search, because there is more inventory to sift through.
- Smaller portfolios still benefit, especially from the property-specific Concierge, which answers detailed questions on each listing page. See Property Chat. Nothing about your subscription needs to migrate as your catalog grows.
The trial #
- 30-day trial activates with just a license key from your welcome email. No credit card required.
- We’ll prompt you to subscribe before day 30. If you don’t, the Concierge enters a 30-day grace period, then gracefully disables. Your HomeRunner Core site continues to run unchanged.

Billing details #
- Annual discount: contact sales for annual pricing.
- Cancel any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No early-termination fees.
- Multi-site: each site requires its own license activation slot. Volume discounts available; contact sales@homerunner.io.
