Below 26 listings, your guests can browse your entire catalog in 30 seconds. Semantic search has no problem to solve at that size. We won’t sell a feature that won’t earn back its cost.
For operators under the floor:
- Conversion Kit remains available at every catalog size and delivers value at every tier (cart abandonment, rate comparison, wishlists, etc.)
- If your catalog crosses 25 listings during your subscription year, AI Concierge becomes available automatically. No migration needed.
This is product discipline, not a sales tactic. We’d rather earn your trust by saying no to a bad fit than collect a year of subscription fees and watch you churn.

Is there an annual discount? Contact sales for annual pricing on subscriptions over $295/month.
Can I downgrade if my catalog shrinks? Yes. Pricing adjusts at your next renewal cycle based on current listing count.
