AI Concierge is a paid add-on to your HomeRunner Core subscription, with simple monthly pricing, no per-query charges, and availability at any catalog size.

How pricing works #

AI Concierge is a paid add-on billed monthly alongside your HomeRunner Core subscription. There is no complex unit pricing and no per-query surcharge. You can also pair it with Conversion Kit as the Direct Booking Platform bundle, which costs less than buying each add-on separately.

AI Concierge is available at every catalog size. There is no minimum number of listings required to add the Concierge.

Available at any size #

We used to hold AI Concierge back from smaller catalogs, on the theory that guests could browse a small catalog by eye. That floor is gone, and the assistant is genuinely useful at any size.

  • Larger catalogs get the most from conversational search, because there is more inventory to sift through.
  • Smaller portfolios still benefit, especially from the property-specific Concierge, which answers detailed questions on each listing page. See Property Chat. Nothing about your subscription needs to migrate as your catalog grows.

The trial #

  • Trial period activates with just a license key from your welcome email, no credit card required. Your welcome email confirms the exact trial dates.
  • We’ll prompt you to subscribe before the trial ends. If the trial ends without a subscription, the Concierge stops working once its license is no longer valid. Your HomeRunner Core site continues to run unchanged.
  • Trial extensions are available for active prospects working through evaluation. Contact sales@homerunner.io.

Billing details #

  • One-time activation: AI Concierge includes a one-time activation fee that covers concierge setup (brand voice, local knowledge, and tuning). Current amount: Add-on pricing.
  • Annual pricing: contact sales.
  • Cancel any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No early-termination fees.
  • Multi-site: each site requires its own license activation slot. Contact sales@homerunner.io for multi-site pricing.
