How HomeRunner prices its premium add-ons. This is the single source of truth for Conversion Kit and AI Concierge pricing. Every product page links here, so there is one place to check.


The simple rule #

HomeRunner add-ons are priced as a percentage of your HomeRunner Core monthly fee. One rule, no per-query charges, no complex unit pricing. As your catalog and Core plan grow, your add-on scales with it, and the percentage stays the same.

HomeRunner Toolkit is included with HomeRunner Core at no extra cost. It is not a paid add-on, so it does not appear below.

The bundle price reflects a 45% add-on to HomeRunner Core, instead of separate 25% and 30% add-ons. For catalogs above 500 listings, pricing is a custom quote at the same percentages.

No minimum catalog size #

There is no minimum number of listings required to add Conversion Kit Premium or AI Concierge. Both are available at every catalog size.

  • Larger catalogs get the most from AI Concierge’s conversational search, because there is more inventory for a guest to sift through and more value in replacing blunt filters with a conversation.
  • Smaller catalogs still benefit, especially from the property-specific Concierge. Even with a handful of listings, an assistant that answers detailed questions on each property page (hours, amenities, the area, check-in) can lift direct bookings. See Property Chat.

Trials and billing #

  • Add-ons bill monthly on top of your HomeRunner Core subscription.
  • New add-ons typically start with a trial period; your welcome email confirms the dates.
  • You can add or remove an add-on at any time. Pricing adjusts on your next billing cycle.
