AI-Ready is the umbrella for the three ways a HomeRunner site works with AI: a concierge for guests on your site, feeds and a live link that AI assistants can read, and a webmaster agent for you. AI finds it. The guest books it.
Why this matters #
Guests increasingly ask an AI assistant for a place to stay before they search the web. If the assistant cannot read your homes, it recommends whatever it can read, and that is often a listing platform. AI-Ready puts your homes where the assistant looks and keeps the booking on your own site.
Each product answers a different question. AI Concierge answers the guest who is already on your site. The AI Booking Channel reaches the guest who is talking to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini. AI Webmaster is the one for you, for the days you want your own assistant doing website work.
For your guests #
- AI Concierge, on your site. A chat drawer where guests type what they want in plain English (“a dog-friendly place near the beach for 6 people in July”). The Concierge searches your live catalog and answers property questions in your brand voice. It is a paid add-on; see add-on pricing and the AI Concierge overview.
- AI Booking Channel, inside the guest’s assistant. Your site publishes a machine-readable copy of your listings: a page per property with rates, availability and minimum-stay rules for the window you choose, an AI sitemap, and a site catalog file. Any assistant can read them and send the guest to book on your site. The module ships off and is free with the Toolkit. See Toolkit: AI Booking Channel.
- AI Agents is the live link on top of those feeds, free, enabled per feed from your dashboard. An assistant you connect searches your listings and checks availability against your synced calendar. It gets a dated total with fees and taxes where live pricing is available and a clearly marked indicative total otherwise, then hands the guest a booking link to the listing’s page on your site with the dates and party size applied. For you #
- AI Webmaster, in your admin. It gives the assistant you already use (Claude Code, Claude Desktop or Cursor) its own limited login to your site. It can draft blog posts, build a new page from one you already have, update your menu and fill in SEO titles. New content starts as a draft. Anything live waits for your approval, and every action is logged. See Toolkit: AI Webmaster.
What the assistant tells guests about prices #
The published feeds state that availability is indicative and that nightly prices are before fees and taxes, with the final price confirmed on your property page. You can leave pricing out of the feeds entirely. Over the live link, a dated total with fees and taxes appears only when live pricing is available; otherwise the assistant gets an indicative total and is told to say so. A listing without a synced calendar is never called free. The assistant is told to confirm availability first. In every case the guest books on your site, and nothing is booked through the assistant.
About the AI Agents link #
The link works without a login, so anyone holding it can read the listing data your feed publishes. If it ends up somewhere you did not intend, create a new link from the AI Agents tab: the old one stops on the spot and your settings stay as they are. Turning agent access off is how you stop assistants reading the feed altogether.

Tips #
- Run the AI Booking Channel and AI Agents together. The feeds let assistants discover your listings on their own; the live link lets an assistant you connect price them live.
- The Concierge and the Booking Channel do not depend on each other. Run either one, or both.
- Every booking link an assistant hands out points at the listing’s page on your own website, so bookings, payments and guest data stay where they already are.
