The AI Concierge is an add-on for HomeRunner sites. Once it is on, it sits in the corner of every page, and a guest who opens it sees one question: where to next? They answer the way they would answer a friend. “Just the two of us, budget-friendly, a few nights midweek in Long Beach.”

The concierge reads that sentence, picks a midweek window, sets the guest count and the city, and checks your live booking calendar. Then it takes the guest to the homes that are open on those dates, with real nightly rates. The filters on the results page are filled in, so the guest can adjust anything by hand. If the dates were a guess, the concierge also offers a few nearby windows, and every window it suggests already has homes available.

The conversation keeps going on the results page. Ask which home is closer to the beach and easier on the budget and the concierge answers in the same thread, with a card for the home it recommends and a link that carries the dates through to booking.

There is always a next step. Ask for a home that sleeps 14 in a market where the largest home sleeps 13 and the concierge says so, then offers the ways out: fewer guests, a wider area, or two homes paired through Group Stays so the whole party stays together.

When a guest wants a person, the headset icon at the top of the chat reaches your team. When someone on your team is online, the icon shows it, and one tap connects the guest to a person who answers from Slack inside that same conversation while the concierge steps back. That is the ending of the clip above: the reply comes from a person, in the thread the guest already started. If nobody is online, the guest leaves their name and email in the chat and your team follows up.
