If you don’t use your google account for signing up, you must verify your email to get full access of the customer dashboard.
You may already asked for your email verification if you tried adding new connection, if not navigate to “Connections” page from the sidebar menu.
You will receive a verification email in your email inbox from Homerunner which contains a magic link. Click on the link and you will be redirected to the verify page you will be verified.
