Overview #

To ensure accurate and complete property data synchronization between OwnerRez and HomeRunner, both the OwnerRez WordPress Plugin and Integrated Websites must be enabled.

Without these enabled, OwnerRez does not expose certain property-level data through its APIs.

What Gets Synced (and Why It Matters) #

Enabling the WordPress Plugin and Integrated Websites allows HomeRunner to sync the following critical data:

  • Amenities – Required for feature listings and filters
  • Bed types – Needed for accurate sleeping arrangements
  • Total bed count – Used in guest capacity calculations
  • Property descriptions – Displayed on listing and detail pages
  • House rules – Important for guest transparency and compliance
  • Property photos – Essential for listing presentation and conversions

If these settings are not enabled in OwnerRez:

  • Property data sync will be incomplete
  • Listings may appear broken or inaccurate
