Some Hostaway properties include low-resolution thumbnail images.
When this occurs, our system attempts to locate a higher-resolution version by adjusting the image size identifier. In many cases, a better-quality version is available; however, for some images, no larger size exists.
If no higher-resolution version is found, the system automatically uses the first image from the property’s gallery to maintain visual quality.
This behavior is fixed and cannot be changed.
If you prefer to display the original Hostaway thumbnail instead, please upload a higher-resolution thumbnail image in your Hostaway property management dashboard.
