# Admins see a second 2FA enrollment prompt

After signing in, your WordPress administrators are redirected to a profile page asking them to enroll in two-factor authentication (2FA), even though they have already set up 2FA. Nobody is actually blocked from logging in, but it looks and feels broken because every admin lands on a 2FA setup screen after signing in.

**Why this happens.** Two separate two-factor authentication systems are active on the site at the same time, and neither is fully configured to take sole ownership. One system keeps redirecting every administrator to a profile page demanding enrollment in a second authenticator, even if they already enrolled in the other one.

**How it is fixed.** Consolidating to a single 2FA system resolves this. Once only one system is active, the duplicate enrollment redirect is gone, and administrators complete one 2FA setup and are not prompted again.
