# Conversion Kit not capturing guest emails

If the Conversion Kit is not capturing guest email addresses or linking visitor sessions to confirmed bookings, check which email-capture tools are enabled on your site.

**Why this happens.** Guest email capture and session linking only happen when a visitor uses a specific interactive feature, such as Price Alerts, Wishlists, or a Booking Reminder, and submits their email through that tool. If none of those features are enabled on your site, no email capture occurs, and visitor sessions cannot be linked to guest profiles or bookings.

**What you can do.** Enable at least one of these email-capture tools. The guest identity and booking attribution features require it.
