# Garanti hosted card page: no pre-authorization hold

When a guest pays through Garanti's hosted card page, you may notice that no pre-authorization hold appears on their card. A direct charge is the expected behavior.

**Why this happens.** The checkout takes the full payment at the moment of booking and creates the reservation in the same step. There is no separate authorize-then-capture stage, so no temporary hold appears on the card.

The amount shown above the **Confirm** button is the amount that is charged immediately.
