# Telephone missing from AI Booking Channel schema

The property JSON-LD schema from the AI Booking Channel does not include a telephone.

**Why this happens.** The telephone is left out of the schema when no phone number is on file. The AI Booking Channel never guesses a phone number.

**How to add one.** Enter the number in **Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Local SEO** under the **Phone Number** list, or type it directly in the **Business phone** field in the AI Booking Channel settings and save. Once a value is present, it appears in the schema, and the field caption confirms the source.
