# Rating badge not showing under property title

The rating badge under a property title does not appear, even though the property has reviews.

**Why this happens.** The badge only appears once the property has at least a minimum number of imported reviews. The default minimum is 3. You can find this setting in **Conversion Kit** under **Review Insights**. If a property has fewer imported reviews than the minimum, the badge does not display, regardless of how many reviews exist in Reva.

**What you can do.**

1. In WordPress, go to the **Properties** screen.
2. In the **Reva** column, use the **Sync Reviews** link for the property. This re-imports all website-visible reviews for that property.
3. Check whether the imported review count now meets the minimum.

Once the threshold is reached, the badge appears within about a minute.
