# Active Guesty property not showing on website

One of your properties is active in Guesty but does not appear on your website.

**Why this happens.** A listing tagged **website-exclude** in Guesty is intentionally omitted from the website feed. HomeRunner honors that tag and does not publish the property, even though the listing is active and syncing normally in every other respect.

**How to fix it.**

1. Open the listing in Guesty.
2. Look at the listing's tags.
3. If **website-exclude** is present and the property should appear on your site, remove the tag.

After you remove the tag, the property publishes on the next property sync.
