# Property showing as two listings

If one of your properties appears as two separate listings on your website, you are seeing a duplicate listing page on the website. Your PMS listing is fine.

**Why this happens.** The same property was imported into the site twice. Nothing you did caused it.

**What to do.** Contact support with the property name or links to both pages. Support removes the extra copy and keeps the correct listing in place, so the property is back to a single listing. No listing details, photos, or pricing are lost, and the correct listing is untouched. There is nothing to delete or re-add in your PMS.

If the duplicate reappears, or anything looks off on that property afterward, reply to the same ticket so support can take another look.
