# Placeholder properties instead of Guesty listings

Your site shows placeholder properties instead of your real Guesty listings.

**Why this happens.** If you are still migrating into Guesty from another PMS, your listings need to exist in Guesty before they can sync. Until your Guesty account is live and populated, the site may show placeholder properties.

**What to check.** Make sure you have provided both sets of required credentials: **Booking Engine API** credentials and **OAuth (Open API)** keys.
