# Sync skipped because another sync is queued

Your HomeRunner sync may be skipped with the message 'Another sync has items in queue'.

**Why this happens.** A previous sync process is still running or has items waiting to be processed. HomeRunner does not run multiple syncs at the same time, which avoids conflicts between them.
