# FAQ dropdowns missing from Google search results

Your property FAQs no longer appear as an expandable dropdown in Google Search results.

**Why this happens.** Google retired the FAQ rich result feature entirely on May 7, 2026. The expandable FAQ dropdown no longer appears in Google Search for any website. This is a Google product decision, not a problem with your site configuration.

**What you can do.** No action is needed on your part. Your FAQ content is still valuable: AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude read the question and answer text directly from your pages, and your guests read it before booking.
