# Airbnb and Vrbo reservations not in dashboard

You may notice that reservations from Airbnb, Vrbo, or your PMS do not appear in the **Reservations** view of your HomeRunner dashboard.

**Why this happens.** The **Reservations** view shows bookings made through your website's HomeRunner booking engine. These sync in near-real-time, including status changes such as cancellations. Reservations that originate in your PMS or on OTA channels are only included when PMS reservation import is enabled for your account. If it is not enabled, their absence is expected and does not indicate a sync problem.

**What you can do.** If you would like PMS and OTA reservations included in your dashboard, contact support to check whether PMS reservation import can be enabled for your account.
