# Signed agreements missing from Guesty Documents

Rental agreements your guests sign at checkout do not show up in the **Documents** section of a guest record in Guesty.

**Why this happens.** The Guesty **Documents** section only holds files your team uploads manually against a guest record, such as a passport or driver's license. Guesty does not provide a way for an outside system to place files there automatically, so signed agreements captured at checkout never appear in Guesty on their own.
