# Pet fee missing from booking quote

Your booking quote shows no pet supplement when a pet is added, even though the listing allows pets.

**Why this happens.** The pet supplement on your website comes from the pet fee configured on that listing in Guesty, under **Additional fees** with fee type **Pet**. HomeRunner applies this fee automatically when a pet is added. If the listing has no pet fee set in Guesty, the site has nothing to add, even if the listing is marked as pets allowed.

Add the pet fee to that listing in Guesty. After the next synchronisation (or ask support to refresh the listing), the supplement shows in the price details as soon as a pet is selected.
