# Travel protection labels not translating at checkout

On the checkout page, the **Travel protection** block can stay in one language while the rest of the page translates.

**Why this happens.** The three labels in this block (the heading, the description sentence, and the **Continue without travel insurance** option) are injected into the page after it loads, so the site translation tool never processes them.

**What you can do.** Support can configure these labels per language directly on your site. To set this up, send support the list of languages you offer and, if you want specific wording, the three phrases for each language.

The insurance product name itself comes from your booking system (Guesty, Hostaway, etc.) and must be edited there.
