# Review Insights badge shows wrong count or rating

The Review Insights trust badge can show a smaller review count or a different average rating than your property actually has.

**Why this happens.** In HomeRunner Conversion Kit versions before 1.145.2, the badge numbers are calculated from the short list of reviews sent to the AI summarizer instead of from every published review. That list is limited by the **max reviews per prompt** setting and always includes every 5-star and 1-star review.

**How to fix it.** Update HomeRunner Conversion Kit to 1.145.2 or later from **Dashboard → Updates**. From that version, the badge counts and averages every published review that has a rating, rounded to one decimal, so it matches the review statistics shown elsewhere on your site.

After you update, the stored badge numbers for a property refresh the next time Review Insights processes that property. This happens when a new review is imported or saved for it, or when you run the Review Insights bulk processing from **Conversion Kit → Review Insights**. To refresh every property at once, run the bulk processing.
