# Review Insights settings show memory exhausted error

On sites with many properties, the Review Insights settings page can show a critical error or a memory exhausted error instead of opening.

**Why this happens.** Versions of the HomeRunner Conversion Kit plugin earlier than 1.145.1 load every property's full metadata to build the settings panel. On sites with hundreds of properties, this exhausts PHP memory. From version 1.145.1, the panel reads only the fields it displays.

**What to do.** Update the HomeRunner Conversion Kit plugin to version 1.145.1 or later from **Dashboard → Updates** or **Plugins → Update**. No settings change is needed. After the update, the Review Insights panel opens normally, including the property selector.
