# Property map still shows OpenStreetMap tiles

You have enabled Mapbox tiles in HomeRunner Toolkit, but the map on your property pages still shows OpenStreetMap tiles.

**Why this happens.** Before HomeRunner Toolkit 3.250.20, the **Apply to HomeRunner Property Maps** toggle only affected sites using Google Maps as the map provider. From version 3.250.20 onward, it also covers sites using the Leaflet (OpenStreetMap) provider.

**What you can do.**

1. Update HomeRunner Toolkit to 3.250.20 or later from **Dashboard > Updates**.
2. Open HomeRunner Toolkit and go to **Map > Map Styling**.
3. Under **Mapbox Tiles**, confirm that Mapbox is enabled with a valid token and that **Apply to HomeRunner Property Maps** is switched on.
4. Save your settings.
5. Open a property page in a private window to verify.

The property map should now load Mapbox tiles, with the Mapbox wordmark in the corner. If tiles fail to load, for example because of a revoked token, the map falls back to OpenStreetMap rather than going blank.

Tile usage on property pages counts against the same Mapbox account as the Explorer map.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
