# Leads screen shows no form submissions

If your site receives form submissions but the **Leads** screen shows 0 entries, check which forms are sending them.

**Why this happens.** The Leads screen records submissions from forms that HomeRunner renders itself: Trip Builder, Checkout Survey, Checkout Agreements, the Conversion Kit contact form, and identified cart-abandonment guests. Forms built in Elementor Pro are not captured before HomeRunner Toolkit 3.242.6 and Conversion Kit 1.147.4.

**What to do.** Update both plugins from **Dashboard > Updates**. If the update does not appear, click **Check again**.

After updating, every Elementor Pro form submission appears in Leads, with the form's name available in the filter dropdown. Each entry's delivery log shows whether the notification email was sent. Password and captcha fields are never stored.

**Earlier submissions.** Submissions made before the update do not backfill. They remain in your notification emails and, if the form's **Actions After Submit** include **Collect Submissions**, under **Elementor > Submissions**.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
