# Dashboard shows fewer reservations than OwnerRez

The **Reservations** section of your HomeRunner dashboard can list fewer bookings than your OwnerRez account. This is expected behavior.

**Why this happens.** On the OwnerRez integration, the dashboard's **Reservations** section is an attribution view, not a mirror of your PMS account. It shows bookings that originated through the HomeRunner booking widget on your own website: a guest priced a stay on your site and completed checkout through the connected payment flow.

**Bookings that do not appear.** The section does not include reservations entered directly in your PMS by the property manager or staff, reservations that arrived from an OTA channel such as Airbnb or Vrbo, or any booking that did not begin as a quote on your HomeRunner-powered site.

**What this view is for.** The **Reservations** section answers "how much business is my HomeRunner site producing" rather than restating what your PMS already reports. For a complete picture of all reservations across every channel, use your PMS, which remains the system of record.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
