# AI Concierge errors on large property catalogs

On sites with many properties, the AI Concierge settings page can show a critical error, or the chat can stop responding.

**Why this happens.** In HomeRunner AI Search Enhancer versions before 1.114.0, rebuilding the AI's property index on a large property catalog can exceed your server's PHP memory limit. The index is cached and rebuilt periodically, so the error appears intermittent.

**What to do.** Update the HomeRunner AI Search Enhancer plugin to version 1.114.0 or later from **Dashboard → Updates** or **Plugins → Update**. Version 1.114.0 rebuilds the index in small batches, which resolves both the settings-page error and the related chat failures. You do not need to change any settings after updating.
