# AI Concierge opens after a mobile search

On mobile, the AI Concierge chat can open on its own after a search, showing a stray slash character.

**Why this happens.** In versions before HomeRunner Toolkit v3.87.1, search URLs carry an empty ask parameter. When a browser or test environment appends a stray trailing slash to the URL, that slash opens the Concierge chat on mobile, and the Concierge opens over the junk value.

**What to do.** This is corrected in HomeRunner Toolkit v3.87.1. From that version, search URLs no longer carry empty ask parameters, which prevents this behavior.
