# AI assistant shows availability but no rates

The AI assistant on your site can show availability but does not show nightly rates.

**Why this happens.** The assistant can only see rates when pricing publishing is enabled in your **AI Booking Channel** module settings. When pricing is turned off, the assistant reads the availability calendar but has no access to rate data. The block's on-page copy indicates this to your visitors.

**What you can do.** To let the assistant show rates, enable pricing publishing in your **AI Booking Channel** module settings.
