# Live Concierge Slack app setup error

When you set up Live Concierge in AI Concierge, Slack may show the message "We can't render a summary or create this app" and not create the app.

**Why this happens.** Slack limits an app's name to 35 characters. The pre-filled app name is built from your website's title, so if your site has a long title, the name can go over the limit. Slack then rejects the whole configuration.

**What you can do.** There are two ways to fix it.

1. **Quick path:** in that same Slack dialog, click **Edit Configurations**, find the name line near the top, and change it to anything 35 characters or shorter (for example 'HR Concierge - Your Brand'). Then continue. The rest of the pre-filled configuration is valid, and the app creates normally.
2. **Permanent fix:** update the AI Concierge plugin to version 1.106.1 or later. This version keeps the generated name within Slack's limit automatically, so after updating, the one-click button works without edits.
