# SEO tools report 403 on translated pages

Semrush or another SEO tool reports 403 errors on your translated pages, such as /fr or /es.

**Why this happens.** The 403 errors come from GTranslate itself, not from your website. GTranslate serves translated pages through its own delivery network, and that network runs a firewall that blocks SEO tool crawlers such as SemrushBot and SiteAuditBot. Search engines are allowed through. Googlebot and Bingbot receive normal 200 responses on the same URLs, so Google's indexing of your translated pages is not affected. The errors only appear inside audit tools.

**What you can do.** You have two options:

1. In your Semrush **Site Audit** settings, use GoogleBot as the crawl user agent instead of SiteAuditBot.
2. Contact GTranslate support to whitelist your SEO tool's crawler for your domain.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
