# One listing page shows ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

If one listing page shows 'redirected you too many times' (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) while the rest of your site works fine, that page is caught in a redirect loop.

**Why this happens.** When a listing's web address changes, the site saves a redirect from the old address to the new one so old links keep working. In rare cases, that redirect rule also picks up the new address itself. The page then sends visitors back to where they already are, in a loop.

**What to do.** The fix is to remove the extra address from the redirect rule. The old address still forwards correctly afterwards. Send support the listing link and the rule will be corrected.

After the fix, browsers that cached the bad redirect may still show the error. Open the page in a private window, or clear the site's cached data for your domain, and the page loads normally.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
