# More listings than buildings with Guesty

Your website shows more listings than you have buildings. For example, four buildings with several apartment types each appear as one listing per apartment type rather than one listing per building.

**Why this happens.** Guesty publishes each apartment type as its own listing. A multi-unit listing groups all identical apartments of that type. Your website mirrors Guesty exactly, so the number of listings equals the number of apartment types across your buildings, and the total apartment count is the sum of the units behind each type. Nothing is duplicated.

**How booking works.** When a guest books, they book the apartment type, and Guesty assigns the specific apartment.

**Hiding apartment types.** If certain types should not appear on your website, add the **homerunner-exclude** tag to those listings in Guesty.
