# Review count and rating differ from Reva

Your website may show fewer reviews, or a different average rating, than your Reva dashboard.

**Why this happens.** The website only displays reviews that are toggled as **Published** in Reva. Reviews that are switched off in Reva (such as lower-rated ones) are not sent to the site. The site's review count reflects only the published reviews, and the site's average rating is calculated from those published reviews only, rounded to one decimal place. Reva's dashboard average includes every review regardless of publish status, which is why the two numbers differ.

**What you can do.** To change what appears on your site, adjust the **Publish** toggle on individual reviews in Reva. The next sync picks up the changes.
