# Site loads two GA4 measurement IDs

Your pages may load two GA4 Measurement IDs. One of them is HomeRunner's own default GA4 property.

**Why this happens.** When the HomeRunner Toolkit's **Conversion Tracking** fields are empty, the Toolkit loads HomeRunner's default GA4 property so that booking events are still recorded somewhere. The second ID you see is that default.

**What you can do.**

1. Open the Toolkit's **Conversion Tracking** settings.
2. Enter your own GA4 Measurement ID (G-XXXXXXX).
3. If a separate hard-coded GA4 snippet also exists on your site, remove it so GA4 is configured only once.

The Toolkit then loads your property once and sends view_item, begin_checkout and purchase events to it, and the default ID no longer appears on your pages.

**To verify.** View the page source while logged out and confirm there is exactly one gtag config line with your ID.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
