# Reviews Page shows 0 guest reviews

Right after you enable the **Reviews Page** module, the page can show "0 guest reviews" even though your site has many reviews. This is expected for the first few minutes.

**Why this happens.** The page reads from a summary that the HomeRunner Toolkit builds in the background the first time the module is turned on. Until that first build finishes, the page shows its empty state. On a site with tens of thousands of reviews, the build can take a couple of minutes.

**What to do.** Wait a few minutes and reload the page. The review count, average rating, and review cards appear once the build completes. You do not need to re-import anything, and no reviews are missing. If the page still shows zero after about fifteen minutes, contact support so the build status can be checked.
