# Resort or building page shows ‘No properties found’

Your resort or building page shows 'No properties found' even though you have units there.

**Why this happens.** Resort and building pages do not pick units by address or name. Each page has a property list that is filtered by one listing tag from your PMS (for example, a tag named "Shores Of Panama"). The page shows every active listing that carries that tag and nothing else. If the tag is renamed or removed from the listings in your PMS, the page goes empty, even though the listings are still live elsewhere on the site.

**How to fix it.**

1. In your PMS, open one of the units that should appear on the page and check its tags. Compare them with the tag the page was built around. The tag name usually matches the resort name.
2. If the tag is missing, add it back to every unit that belongs on that page. Spell it exactly as before.
3. Wait for the next PMS sync. The units return to the page on their own once the sync runs. No site edit is needed.
4. If you reorganized your tags on purpose and want the page driven by a different tag, tell support which tag to use, and support switches the page's filter.

**Note.** Assigning listings a new tag only in your website admin does not stick. The next sync rewrites the tags from your PMS.
