# Property name shows an internal code

By default HomeRunner uses the listing title pulled from your PMS. In Guesty, that title is often the internal nickname, which may be a short code rather than a guest-facing name. You have two ways to fix this. First, update the nickname directly in Guesty to a proper guest-facing name. Second, if your HomeRunner build is configured to use a custom field for the public name (commonly called "Website Title"), fill that field on each Guesty listing and the site will display it instead of the nickname. HomeRunner also supports separate custom fields for a one-line subtitle and for the SEO meta title and description, so your marketing or SEO team can control search snippets without touching the listing name in Guesty.
