# Property page bedroom or bathroom count wrong

Your property page headline shows the wrong number of bedrooms or bathrooms, even though the room list is correct.

**Why this happens.** The bedroom and bathroom counts in the property page headline come from the listing-level **Bedrooms** and **Bathrooms** fields in Guesty. The headline guest count comes from the listing's **Accommodates** field. These fields are separate from the rooms and beds setup, which feeds the room-by-room breakdown and photo captions. Editing the room list alone does not change the counts shown in the headline or the main property details.

**How to fix it.**

1. Open the listing in Guesty.
2. Set the **Bedrooms** and **Bathrooms** fields to the correct numbers. If the guest count is also wrong, set the **Accommodates** field as well.
3. Save the listing.

Your website picks up the change on the next sync.
