# Login works but requests return 403 ACCOUNT_SUSPENDED

You can log in, but every dashboard and API request returns a **403 ACCOUNT_SUSPENDED** error.

**Why this happens.** The customer account linked to your user login is marked inactive on the HomeRunner side. In most cases, the account record was created in an inactive state by an internal sync, not deliberately suspended.

**What to do.** This is fixed entirely on the HomeRunner side. Support reactivates the linked customer account, and access is restored on your next request. You do not need to change anything on your end.

This is not a password or credentials problem, so resetting your password will not help.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
