# Collection page shows every property

Your collection landing page, such as Pool Cabins or Dog-Friendly, shows every property instead of only the matching ones.

**Why this happens.** The property explorer shortcode shows all published properties unless you give it a preset filter.

**How to fix it.** Add filter attributes to the shortcode on each collection page, using the slugs of your amenities or tags. You can find those slugs in WordPress admin under **Properties**, then **Amenities** or **Tags**.

**Filter by amenity.** [hfsync-explorer amenity=private-pool] shows properties that have that amenity. Comma-separate several slugs to require all of them, or use amenity__or=slug1,slug2 to match any of them.

**Filter by tag.** [hfsync-explorer tag=dog-friendly] filters by a property tag. Tags synced from your PMS appear among these tags.

**Filter by bedrooms.** [hfsync-explorer bedrooms=5] shows properties with five or more bedrooms.

**Other attributes.** Other supported attributes include type, group, location, city, state, bathrooms, pets=yes, featured=1, and exclude.

Keep attribute values unquoted when the shortcode sits inside a page-builder element.

If an amenity applies to every property in your portfolio, filtering by it still returns the full list. This is the expected behavior.
