# Copied booking widget HTML does not work

Booking widget HTML copied from one page into a template shows the original property's price on every page, books that same property, and leaves the **Check In** and **Check Out** date fields broken.

**Why this happens.** The copied rendered HTML is frozen to the single property it was copied from, and it is missing the availability calendar component that the date fields need.
