# Guesty Advanced Website: property page not found

When you click a listing card on your Guesty Advanced Website, you see a 'page not found' error instead of the property page.

**Why this happens.** This usually means the HomeRunner property page template has not been added to the site yet. HomeRunner requires a dedicated /property/<home-name> page template on your Guesty Advanced Website. Without it, clicking a listing card has nowhere to go.

**Sample property pages.** Guesty's site templates sometimes include an unused sample 'Property' page at the same /property address. That page is replaced by the HomeRunner property page template during setup.
