# AI Concierge photo analysis stuck at 0 processed

Your AI Concierge photo analysis shows **Batch running: 0 / N processed** and the count never advances.

**Why this happens.** Photo analysis processes properties in small batches using WordPress's built-in scheduler, WP-Cron. Some managed hosts disable or throttle WP-Cron. If your hosting environment does not execute it, the batch appears to be running but never progresses.

**What you can do.**

1. Ask your host whether WP-Cron is enabled and executing, or go to **Tools → Site Health** and look for any scheduled-event warnings.
2. For a reliable fix, have your host set up a real server cron job that requests /wp-cron.php every few minutes.

If photo analysis still does not progress after WP-Cron is confirmed working, contact support so the batch can be run manually and any host-specific issues can be investigated.
