# Main property photo out of date

The main card photo for a property on your website, also called the featured image, can show an older image than the cover or main photo set in your PMS.

**Why this happens.** The featured image refreshes when the property's photos are re-imported from your PMS.

**What you can do.** A full re-sync of the site brings the photos up to date. If you have admin access, you can trigger this from the plugin's **Sync** page. If you do not have admin access, contact support to have the re-sync run for you.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
