# Property page missing reviews from Reva

A property page on your site shows only a few reviews, even though the unit has many more reviews in Reva.

**Why this happens.** Reviews on your site come from Reva through the HomeRunner Reva plugin. The scheduled sync only looks back one day for changes, so it can miss a bulk change in Reva, such as turning **display on website** on for many reviews at once or importing a channel's review history. The property is then left with only the reviews that were imported before the bulk change.

**Fixing a single property.**

1. In WordPress, go to **Properties**.
2. Find the property.
3. Click the **Sync Reviews** link in the **Reva** column.

This re-imports every website-visible review for that unit from Reva. The review count updates within about a minute.

**If many properties are affected.** Contact support and mention that a bulk change was made in Reva and on which date. A full re-sync across all properties can be run for you.

After a re-sync, clear the site cache if the page still shows the old count.
