# Guesty manual quote total differs from website

When you build a manual quote in the Guesty multi-calendar, the total can differ from the price your HomeRunner website shows for the same stay.

**Where the website price comes from.** The website price comes directly from Guesty's booking-engine API: nightly rates for the selected dates, any rate markup configured in your Guesty account, extra-guest and cleaning fees, and taxes. The website does not compute its own price on top of Guesty.

**Why the manual quote can differ.** There are two reasons.

First, the **Accommodation fare** box in the manual panel can be pre-filled higher than the sum of the nightly rates shown on the calendar. If the panel shows a note like **Includes 3 additional fees** under the fare, click into it to see which fees Guesty has bundled into the fare. If a fee bundled into the fare (for example, the cleaning fee) is also listed separately under **Fees**, the manual quote counts it twice. Guesty support can confirm the fee configuration for your account.

Second, a percentage-based **CC Processing Fee** configured in Guesty applies to reservations created and charged through Guesty itself. Guesty does not include it in booking-engine quotes, so your website checkout does not show it. This part of the difference is expected behavior.

**To reconcile the two quotes:**

1. Check the fare box against the calendar's nightly rates for the selected nights.
2. Review the contents of the **Includes N additional fees** note.
3. Check whether a CC processing fee appears on the manual quote.
