# Reviews missing on some property pages

Some of your property pages show reviews while others show none, even though those homes have review history.

**Why this happens.** Property pages display reviews pulled directly from the connected PMS listing, not from any data stored on the website itself. If a property page shows no reviews, the PMS listing for that home has no reviews attached to it. This is common after a PMS migration, because the PMS only accumulates reviews from stays completed after the listing was created there. Review history from before the migration, or from channels not connected to your PMS, never enters the PMS and therefore never appears on your site.

**How to check.** Open the listing in your PMS and look at its reviews section, then compare what you see there with the property page on your website.

**New reviews.** The sync runs automatically every day, so new reviews left by your guests appear on the site within a day or two with no manual action needed.
